Ricky and Colin
DADDY PROBLEMS! that's like, the only thing they have in common. I think these two would rub each other the wrong way. Ricky's rude, drags people with him, and will probably hurt his sisters in some way. After all, he's the desirably humble bad-boy. Maybe he introduces a sister to a party or something, I don't know... I just get the feeling these two won't get along.

Barnaby and Colin
Another person to be awkward around? Oh yes. Barnaby doesn't understand personal space, and seeing as how Colin lived in france and is smart and knows things about the rumblings, Barnaby will certainly try to befriend him for both schoolwork help and to get information on the rumbling. They could have awkward encounters of Barnaby not leaving him alone.


Hazel and Colin
MY BROTHA. These two, while being slightly awkward at first, will probably evolve into like, the semi-protectors of the younger sisters. I think they are very similar, and have the potential, after getting to know each other more intimately as siblings, to become really super close. So much that Hazel will probably stick her nose in his business and she'll probably try to set him up with people AHEM and general shenanigans. After all, she likes having fun, and will probably kind of want him to be more jokesterish uhm... yeah.

Colin and Ricky - Oh, yes. These two would definitely not get along. Since Ricky's the sort of bad boy type, he wouldn't want his sisters to get near him. Oh, if one of his sisters came home with a hangover or something, he would flip on Rick. But yeah, these two are pretty much the exact opposite, so a lot of conflict is in store between the two. There's probably no chance the two would be friends. Definitely not if he hurt one of his sisters emotionally.

Colin and Barnaby - I'm definitely considering these two become close friends. After all, Barnaby's pretty adorable. Colin will sort of treat him like a little brother figure because, well, he's only had younger sisters. It would not be very awkward for Colin personal space wise. He seems rather used to people being in his personal space since he lived in Europe for a while. Though with the schoolwork, he would be more than happy to help. When Barnaby questions about the rumblings, though, he will be rather curious by what he means. Maybe after he's shown, he'll understand.

Colin and Hazel - Yes, definitely. These two definitely need to grow closer. After all, Hazel lived with her mother, if I'm not mistaken? Perhaps when she first came to live with their father, Colin was in France at the time. It would certainly give an excuse to why they're not as close. Ah, and trying to set him up with people. He'll sort of be like, "I'm kind of busy, though." In fact, through the whole attempting to set him up with someone, he'll probably be typing up a rough draft for an article on his iPad or something. Then she could just confiscate it and make him actually speak to the other person.

Oh yes, if Colin gets into it with Ricky, Ricky's revenge would be to go after the sisters, which could end badly for all involved. I like it yes. Now all we need is the sisters... for right now, they could just get into it or something.

Barnaby and Colin
YES! Barnaby needs a human mentor and will silently be taking cues about how to be a human people warm up to by hanging around Colin a bit too much. Barnaby would love having a sort of big brother figure, and will probably just be like, at the house all of the time, questioning and doing trig homework, sleeping in the bushes uhm... just stuff like that. Yay for not awkward in personal space, but Barnaby will be all up in that. With his awkward gait and little nubs, he'll have to do some convincing to make sure he's coming across as human and stuff.

Hazel and Colin

Siblings who are close can tell secrets and secret telling helps strengthen a relationship. I dunno what I just meant by that, but yes! Close siblings.Yes, Hazel lived with her mother as an only child for most of her life, so new siblings are like, this huge new part of her life she can explore. Him being in France makes sense there! Woohoo! And of course, a sister's duty is to try and get her lame brother a girlfriend so he can actually have a life for once. No surprise she'll be like, GO TALK TO MY FRIEND DAWN I HEARD SHE'S NICE andhasanicebooty. Batting away the rumors that they are both in lesbians with each other. AH, I can totally see her confiscating his stuff and being like, 'Colin, go interact with someone female and not related to us first and then you can have your article back' and stuff like that. But, she will come to him for guy advice though. Lord knows she needs it.

DAWN&COLIN:
This is my little one here that is seriously Hazel's best friend. Dawn is a native to the wonderful town of Gravity Falls and is actually looking for the same thing as Colin. She wants to know what is lurking in the shadows of the town. Dawn is pretty chill around guys so I am sure she would treat him like a friend. They won't be as close as Hazel and Dawn are but still pretty close. Dawn would be iffy of him because he would just strike her as odd. She is an extremely caring person so I am more than positive that Dawn would have a crush on him at some part and I am sure it gives Hazel the drive to hook them up.

Colin and Hazel - He'd be so frustrated with her taking his things and telling him to go interact with women, haha. But honestly, he'd come to a conclusion that his sister is only doing it because she wants to see him happy and not overexerting himself with all the work. But yeah, he may actually start returning the favor and set her up with guys. Well, guys that he approves of, of course.

Colin and Dawn - When it comes to oddities, he would probably feel the same way about her. All in all, though, he would be able to tolerate her. I'm thinking maybe the who should definitely try to go monster watching to see if they can find anything. Though Dawn will probably be the only female outside of his family that he's close to. But sure, the whole crush thing could go. She'll probably be the only person he would not mind having to sit through dinner with. But yeah, I can see them probably dating in the future. Thoughts/concerns/etc.?

I love it! They could always do those awkward dinners where they excuse themselves and sneak out. I just wonder who is going to be brave enough to ask who out when the time comes.
